Birth Doula Support Package
$1,500
Support includes:
1–2 prenatal sessions to prepare for your birth
Personalized birth planning and advocacy support
Education on labor, comfort measures, and coping techniques
Partner guidance so they feel confident and involved
Ongoing text/phone support throughout pregnancy
On-call 24/7 availability at 38 weeks leading up to your due date
Continuous support during labor and birth (in-person)
Emotional, physical, and informational support throughout labor
Immediate postpartum support after birth (first hours)
Photos and videos during your birth (if you choose)
1 postpartum follow-up visit to check in and process your experience
Referrals to trusted local resources when needed
Neurodivergent-affirming and disability-informed care

Postpartum session
$100
Each session is tailored to your unique needs and may include:
A 90 minute one on one session
Newborn care and hands-on support
Feeding support (breast, bottle, or combination)
Creating gentle, realistic daily rhythms
Emotional support and space to process your birth or postpartum experience
Support for postpartum recovery and rest
Advocacy support and helping you navigate care decisions
Flexible, neurodivergent-affirming and disability-informed care

Prenatal Session
$100
Each session is personalized to your needs and may include:
A 90 minute one on one session
Building a birth plan that reflects your values and preferences
Education on the stages of labor and what to expect
Comfort measures, coping techniques, and partner support tools
Guidance on navigating medical options and informed decision-making
Advocacy support and preparing to communicate your needs clearly
Processing fears, past birth experiences, or pregnancy after loss
Preparing for different birth scenarios (hospital, induction, cesarean, etc.)
Partner involvement and hands-on ways they can support you
Early postpartum planning and recovery preparation
Neurodivergent-affirming and disability-informed support
